How to setup vpn on cisco anyconnect on windows 10?

Installed on windows 10 pro - cisco anyconnect
But here's the problem, after reboot, you can't connect to vpn in any way.
Sometimes reinstalling cisco helped, but recently cisco can't even be deleted.
Tell me how to set up vpn so that after a reboot, a connection is established without problems?
