How to setup vpn kali linux 2.0?

Hello everyone, help me set up vpn in kali linux 2.0. Everything works fine on the old version 1.1.0, but something is wrong on the new one. Everything seems to be connected through the terminal, but it doesn’t want to through the wireless connection parameters. That's it, no connections.
