How to setup vlan on dlink dgs1100-me?
There is a D-link DGS-1100-06ME. The incoming Internet goes to 1 copper port, in the future it will come to 6 optical port through the sfp module.
The task is to organize an uplink port on port 1 and organize a separate vlan for each subscriber in subsequent ports.
Actually how to do it? I work with vlan and dlink dgs for the first time.
Do I understand correctly that each subscriber must have his own vlan so that they do not see each other?
And what do they mean: Untagged; Tagged and Not Member designations in plain language?
Thank you.

Untagged - packets on this port with a vlan membership tag removed
Tagged - packets on this port with a vlan membership tag
Not member - excludes the selected port from the vlan
