You probably have an activex component from another camera. Remove "web...something" from the publisher Hikvision through Programs and Features. Further on the manual to the camera.
Hikvision project equipment is characterized by small batches with a wide variety of software. If the functionality that is declared for this model suddenly does not work, then you should get the correct version of the software. Contact your regional support office, CCTV manager, usually you will have the correct firmware version within a day or two.
