How to setup pycharm configuration for Django project?

Recently I started to study the django framework and that's the problem
I did everything before that in the console
But now I need to gradually debug the code
But when I tried to make the environment start the server, I started reading how to do it and the configuration was set everywhere. There, the Django project type was selected first. But the environment does not even offer me such an option (see photo). What am I doing wrong? Maybe something additionally needed to be installed (there is a plugin there, although I rummaged around on this topic but did not find it)?
