How to setup printer forwarding on Win2012R2 terminal server with Ubuntu 16.04?

Good afternoon.
There is a client under Windows 7 Professional with a shared printer HP LaserJet Professional M1132 MFP.
Ubuntu 16.04 client has HPLIP 3.17.6 installed, run hp-plugin -i. The printer prints only after selecting drivers for HP LaserJet m1120 mfp foomatic/foo2xqx. From a client under Ubuntu 16.04, using remmina, I connect to a terminal server under Windows Server 2012 R2. The connection settings say: "Make local printers public", but the printer is not forwarded to the session.
If the printer is installed locally on a computer running Ubuntu 16.04 and installed with the native HP LaserJet Professional M1132 MFP drivers, then forwarding and printing is performed.
Tell me how to solve the problem?

I would set it up over the network.
And I would connect it on the server (locally, not in RDP) as a network, available to all users (to all RDP sessions).
it is MUCH more reliable and easier.
