How to setup postcss in webpack?

Hello! Please help with advice on how to set up webpack so that postcss plugins can be used. I used to work with Sass and Gulp, but now it's unfashionable and everyone wants webpack. There is a postcss loader, there is just postcss, there are a bunch of configs and I'm a little confused about it all. If possible, instructions for stupid people, step by step, as links to installing a webpack and setting up a simple config, I can find it myself, but what to copy and then what dependencies where to write - in general, I don’t quite understand something. There are still a bunch of ready-made assemblies, 2/3 of which are already outdated and nothing starts, they are apparently already too 2016, as they say.
