How to setup minification and autoprefixer in phpstorm?

Can you tell me how to set up minimization and autoprefixer in Phpstorm without gallp and other droppers? For example, like in sublime.
Often you have to open a ready-made client project for minor improvements, and load npm and galp, and there’s no point in setting it up.
