I installed Linux next to Windows, and there was no Internet problem, I started to google from the phone and set everything up, added interfaces there, and changed and tried everything this way and that, the interfaces either went up or didn’t go up, if they went up, then when trying to scan if there are available wifi networks wrote no device (-19), it took two days, zero results

Install Ubuntu, during the installation process, do not forget to check the box allowing the installation of proprietary drivers.
