How to setup google base in opencart 2.3?

I decided to set up a google base in opencart 2.3, filled in the categories, formed a feed, but the output was cracked. I tried to change the file encoding and the encoding inside the file - it does not help.
Help with good advice. Who has already set up and how to do everything right?
