How to setup filebrowser+tinymce_django file upload?

I connect filebrowser, I do everything as it is written here 2kxe.ru/blog/13 It
shows the files, but it does not allow them to be loaded, but only shows. Maybe someone knows the working manual for django 1.8 how to connect it so that the download works. I will be very grateful to you!
