How to setup docker+selenium+webdriverio bundle?

Hello everyone, there is a question, there are tests, https://github.com/webdriverio/webdriverrtc so I run the test, chrome opens and everything shows me. Now the question has become, you need to run 100500 of these tests, preferably on different machines. Accordingly, we decided to use docker, we need to create a docker image that runs these tests, I did not find any approximate solution, but I need a hint where to get it from or how to write it.
