How to setup delphi environment?

Please tell me how to set up the delphi 7 environment so that everything is in one window, and not each component separately?
The environment is now scattered across the desktop. Can it be configured as in the second screenshot?
I would download the modern version of embercadero, but I need version 7

Try "sticking" windows with object tree, component properties, and warning window to the main form. A window with components cannot be "sticky".
