How to setup Custom tg2480h thermal printer in ubuntu?
Greetings!
I connected a Custom tg2480h thermal printer to the terminal with ubuntu 14.04 (x64) installed via usb.
Downloaded and installed drivers. Prints fine.
But sometimes it starts to print hieroglyphs. After clearing the print queue and restarting the printer, it starts printing normally.

Ubuntu 18.04 (x64) year 2018 - same problem... was. Share your experience if you decide
We talked with one of the major printer suppliers in the Russian Federation. We did the following, the problem was solved:
1) Place the service "usblp" in the blacklist:
- add the line "blacklist usblp" (without quotes) to the file "/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf";
- restart the CUPS service with the "sudo service cups restart" command.
2) Restart your computer.
