tell me how to implement a personal account on the site?

Just like any other task:
1. Prepare product requirements
2. Write terms of reference for product requirements
3. Break the terms of reference into tasks
4. Complete tasks
Your question does not make sense, since it is very generalized and abstract. It's the same as asking "how to cook food". To understand how to cook, you need to at least know what to cook, find a recipe, or make your own recipe, taking into account the ingredients that you have, and only then start cooking.
Do you really think that there are courses on writing personal accounts?

Try FlipClock better - everything is simple there.
In the second basic example , the first parameter is the number of seconds initially set in the counter.
