How to set wallpaper for user from console in KDE?

Hello!
There was a task - to install specific wallpapers on the lock screen and desktop on more than 10 thousand computers for all users. I know how to do this for a specific user through the GUI, but I can’t find how to do it from the console. Including for new users who have never logged into the computer. It is very expensive to run or connect to users on foot, it is much easier and more convenient to make a script in ansible. But somehow googling does not give an answer to this question.
