How to set up YouTrack?

I read something, looked and it seemed to me that YouTrack is a cool BugTracker.
I wanted to work with him, I had no experience with bug trackers before.

But added bugs are not shown in phpStorm.
Or do I definitely need to add the TeamCity + code repository?

Another question is how it can be put on the server, I want it under centos.
What to download, where to dig?

I looked in the internet, but something is not very effective ...
Russian literature is needed.

Here is a Dockerfile that builds a Docker container with YouTrack inside, the script is quite simple, you probably won’t find information in Russian, learn English, there’s nothing to do in IT without it.
