How to set up your own NS?

Some kind of epic ...
I need it to be like this:
For the aaaa.ru domain, the following was written in the panel of its registrar:
ns1.bbbb.ru
ns2.bbbb.ru
And now, so that when trying to enter the aaaa.ru domain, the visitor gets to my server. Those. as if we registered an A-record for the aaaa.ru domain (from the IP of my server), but in fact we registered only NS-records.
IMPORTANT: so that on my server (where the site is) it was not necessary to register anything, while the site would open on the aaaa.ru domain.
Everything! How to do this?
PS- on my server (where the site is) ISPmanager PRO 4 is installed. Maybe it's important, I don't know.

MY THOUGHTS:
As far as I understand, the domain bbbb.ru needs to be registered in the panel of its registrar:
ns1.bbbb.ru first_IP_of my_server
ns2.bbbb.ru add._IP_of_my_server
But this doesn't work completely: bbbb.ru works (website opens), but aaaa.ru doesn't work until I register it on my server in ISPmanager.
If you set aaaa.ru NS-records of the registrar's free DNS server, and write the IP of my server in them (in the A-record), everything will work (aaaa.ru will open the site), and on my server (where the site is) nothing it is not necessary to register in ISPm - this is how it should work when you register aaaa.ru only NS-records.
I tried it in a different way:
I registered the NS-records of the registrar's free DNS server in the registrar panel for the bbbb.ru domain, and already registered there:
In the A-record - the IP of my server (where the site is). In "Custom DNS Record Editor":
bbbb.ru. IN NS ns1.bbbb.ru.
bbbb.ru. IN NS ns2.bbbb.ru.
ns1.bbbb.ru. IN A first_IP_of_my_server
ns2.bbbb.ru. IN A additional_IP_of my_server
* IN A first_IP_of_my_server
But this also does not work completely: bbbb.ru is working (the site is opening), but aaaa.ru is not working.
Why? How/what should I do to make it work???
PS- I see no point in raising my DNS server when you can use a more reliable registrar's DNS server. You just need to figure out HOW to set everything up - tell me, please.

Pyan @marrk2

1) Create an A record for the ns1 subdomain indicating the first IP.
In the settings of the domain zone, specify the address ns1.your_domain.ru as one of the NS servers
2) We are looking for some kind of free secondary dns. I am using ns2.trifle.net.
There we create a "master" and specify the domain name and IP of the master server (the first NS).
3) In the domain zone settings, specify the secondary dns address as the second NS server (Most likely, it will be ns2.trifle.net).
All. Now the slave (secondary dns) will parse the zone from the master server.
4) Create an A record for the ns2 subdomain by specifying the IP secondary dns server.
All. Now, in order to bind a domain name to your server, you need to specify your 2 NS servers.
Everything will work.
