How to set up your mail for a domain?

So.
1. I thought to raise a mail server on the server. Dissuaded .
2. A friend advised GSuite.
2.1. I realized that this is hell.
Problems:
I can't figure out how to set up a no-replay host (yes, it didn't work with this answer and man-ohm).
I tried to send emails from the site - it does not work. Somewhere it is necessary to mark the checkbox that they say I allow any authorization, God knows where.
A whole ton of settings - nothing is clear, everything is very blurry. How to deal with this GSuite? There is no complete article about the minimum setting.

If you haven’t mastered GSuite, then there are analogues: fastmail.com (which I use), pdd.yandex.ru (currently free).
You need your own mail server only if:
a) you have some very exotic requirements;
b) you will have many users, but little money;
c) you are paranoid
