How to set up whois on your server for proper indexing by search engines?

Good afternoon.
The site works in 3 languages and in order for new visitors to see the page in their language, I pulled Sypex Geo into php.
I checked from under the proxy, everything is fine. Russian - Russian, Chinese - Chinese, the rest - the English version.
But the trouble is that Google indexes the site from a foreign server and the page is given to it in "en".
And in the search results the text is English. How would you get around this problem?
The site supports redirects on all pages to switch the language by links /ru /en /ch
site.com - the language is selected based on the IP
site.com/ru - forced Russian

Because you need to give not by the geographical location of the user, but by his Accept-Language
