How to set up vscode to autocomplete files from components?

Hello. I can't set up autocomplete files.
For example, I'm building one project and using a folder hierarchy (example):

--components
   --base
     --_header.html
--img
   --header-img
      --logo.png
--index.html

The _header.html component is written to index.html after assembly . And to specify the path, for example, to the logo, in this component you need to write relative to index.html , otherwise the image will not load.
But then vscode does not understand the path to the picture and you have to write it manually (for simple projects it is not so difficult yet, but still the larger the hierarchy, the more difficult it is to work)
So is there any setting or plugin (I have already tried path-intelligence) for vscode to did he "understand" what path I need (in the example I use a picture, but I mean any file)? Or is this already the possibility of some other IDE, and not the vscode editor?
Thanks in advance, I hope I explained

If up to 4.5 tr, then Corsair RM technopoint.ru/catalog/i6630258/bp-corsair-rm-650w because it is semi-passive (the fan does not turn on up to 30% of the PSU load).

Today I got a computer with CX750 and there was passive cooling on the processor high tower I didn’t hear any noise at all

When you hit the power limit, noise will immediately become a secondary problem. I do not advise focusing on a difference of a couple of decibels, often it is just that.
I have a similar iron, it costs 1000 watts.
