How to set up usb internet via console?

Recently, I often have to configure the system without a GUI, there is not always ethernet, wifi. The phone can distribute the Internet via usb, but how to connect to it in the system? OS debian 9.

debian 9 itself loads the cdc_ether and usbnet modules when a suitable device appears.
It remains only to get the connection settings via DHCP and that's it. To do this, you can install some dhcp client, for example dhcpcd, and run it:

$ sudo apt-get install dhcpcd5
$ sudo dhcpcd
