How to set up two servers in a chain (one for sites + second mail)?

Good time. Enlighten with the mail settings, Google did not help.
There are two servers - the site mydomen.ru hangs on one (CentOS, ispmanager panel), on the second (CentOS) I configured postfix, postfixadmin, dovecot, nginx.
Now everything works stably on the second server via postfixadmin (that is, the mydomen.ru domain is added in it and [email protected] mailboxes are created), is it possible to configure on the first server (MX records? IP of the second?) so that when creating on it a box for example [email protected] mail worked through the second server? - in general, how to exclude postfixadmin so that everything automatically leaves and comes from the first server through the second server.
Thank you.

If I understood correctly what you were trying to write, then you need to configure smart relays on the second server, and transfer the database with users to the first one.
You have described the task in a very general way. What does the last phrase mean "so that everything comes and goes from the first server through the second"? All this what? What does second mean? What is the purpose of this setting?
