How to set up the Geany editor for Python?

Let's say we have Python code in the Geany editor. When you call F5 (Execute), a terminal window pops up with output. How to embed this output directly into the Geany editor, more precisely, what to write in Build Commands so that the output is without any pop-up windows?

Edit -> Preferences -> Terminal -> Check "Run programs in terminal" and (optionally) "Don't use script to run".
