How to set up the CNC catalog/symbolic_product_code?

Hello! Faced such a problem, you need to configure the CNC of the detailed product page in this form

/catalog/character_product_code

Accordingly, the infoblock settings contain the following settings:
1. URL of the information block page: #SITE_DIR#catalog/
2. URL of the section page: #SITE_DIR#catalog/#SECTION_CODE#/
3. URL of the detailed view page: #SITE_DIR#catalog/#ELEMENT_CODE# /

In the component settings, set the following:
1. CNC directory (relative to the site root): /catalog/
2. Section: #SECTION_CODE#/
3. Detailed information: #ELEMENT_CODE#/

Everything works, except for the detailed page, it gives a 404 error. I tried this type catalog/product/#ELEMENT_CODE#/ - then everything works in this form. But you still need catalog/#ELEMENT_CODE#/. As I understand it, it's just not set up?

Most likely it won’t be possible to do this - because the difference in this case is not clear: how the section differs from the element, therefore it turns out that I found the section code - showed it, didn’t find it - gave 404, and here it doesn’t matter that the element has such a code.
You can try to remove the setting 404 in the settings, but I'm not sure that will help.

It will not be possible to specify the /catalog/#SECTION_CODE#/ macro for a section, but the detailed one /catalog/#ELEMENT_CODE#/. Tell me, is the address /catalog/aaa/ - should this be a detailed page or section? I don't understand, you don't understand, Bitrix doesn't understand. Hence the error
