How to set up the bitrix:news CNC correctly?

Welcome all.
Please tell me a few points. bitrix:news component.
1. Are they related. Node templates for infoblock and bitrix:news component? Should they match?
2. If the bitrix:news component is allowed in mysite.ru/test - should I write a rule for it in the url rewrite.php for the CNC to work correctly?
3. What else should I do to make the CNC work correctly?

Enable CNC settings in the bitrix:news component located on the /test/index.php page. (url in rewrite.php will be written on its own)
In the infoblock settings, set the same paths /test/SECTION_CODE/ELEMENT_CODE/
