How to set up sync between directories in Vagrant?

I have Windows 10, I downloaded and installed vagrant, generated the config on puphpet.com and everything seems to be ok, but for some reason the synchronization between /var/www/kade1 and C:\Users\Kadekomst\Desktop\kade1 does not work, help me figure it out what's the matter.
The synchronization method (sync_type) in the config (config.yaml) was default, I wanted to change it to rsync, but I didn’t understand how to install it on Windows
