How to set up SSL on nic.ru hosting?

Good afternoon!
I bought an SSL certificate for working with Yandex.money on the site https://www.isplicense.ru/services/ssl-sert/rapidssl/.
In the "Web server" -> "SSL certificates" section, I entered the data of my certificate. I got the message "Your SSL server is currently running using the SSL certificate you specified."
A few questions:
1. When checking here https://cryptoreport.rapidssl.com/checker/views/ce... I see that the intermediate certificate is not installed. I created the /usr/local/ssl/crt folder and put the certificate there, but it still doesn't work
2. When viewed on nic.ru in the "Installed SSL certificate" section, all fields in Issued (except for the domain) are empty. Is that how it should be?
