How to set up sending mail from Bitrix24 (box)?
Hello!
I ran into a problem when migrating CRM to a box from the cloud.
The function of sending letters from CRM has stopped working (it is impossible to answer incoming messages)
The notification box configured for msmtp works fine, but users cannot send letters from CRM.
The boxes are located on mail.ru servers.

I assume that after the move, they didn’t change anything in the portal settings and didn’t add anything? If so, go to the mail and reconnect it - i.e. delete connection and add, try again.
Also check what is in the msmtp logs.
If it doesn't help, then we'll figure it out :)
