How to set up scheduled cloud synchronization?

There is mobile Internet with unlimited from 01:00 to 07:00 and Google Drive. It is required that the data is synchronized strictly within this period of time. I tried EaseUS EverySync and @Max SyncUp, but they only allow you to set the start time for synchronization, but not the time when it should be stopped . For now, I use a batch file that kills the process and the default Windows task scheduler, but this is somehow unsafe. Maybe there is an alternative client for GDrive \ cloud that has this feature out of the box?
