How to set up routing between VPN clients?

Help with routing...
Given:
Mikrotik A (MT A) LAN 192.168.0.0/24 is a VPN server
Mikrotik B (MT B) LAN 192.168.1.0/24 is a VPN client
Mikrotik B (MT B) LAN 192.168 .2.0/24 is a VPN client
There are also a number of routers that are clients. There are routes for everyone. From the local network MT A you can see all the networks (MT B, MT B), but now there is a need that from MT B, you can see the MT B network. I'm already completely confused with routing ...

Do you have client to client enabled on the server?
L2 or L3 connection? One vpn server instance?
Assign several ips from each subnet to the server on the local network where tap or tun is bridged. That is, your server must be the gateway for each network. Then automatically, using this gateway, it will be possible to go to other subnets. You just need to specify this gateway in the settings, or, for end routers, give routes - what to put such and such behind such and such a gateway.

It turned out to be done like this:
Routes - OSFP created a network on the Networks tab 192.168.0.0/16 Area: backbone
On client routers, added a route to the network 192.168.0.0/16, indicated 192.168.200.1 as the gateway
Now we need to solve one more task.
On the same VPN server (MT A) L2TP+IPsec VPN server is configured. Hosts (laptops of managers) are connected to it. If in the first case the server and client addresses were static, then in this case Local adress and Remote adress are dynamic. How to set up routing in this case? After all, I can not explicitly specify the gateway ...
