How to set up routing between networks of different vlans on cisco 3560 or 3750?

There are 2 servers at work: personnel positioning and sip-connection. They are located in different networks and connected to the cisco 3560 switch. It is necessary to configure routing between these networks so that both servers can see each other. So far, they gave me another cisco 3750 switch to play around with. I found a lot of instructions on the Internet, but none of them helped. I ask for help in setting up any of these tsisok, tk. had no dealings with them before, and knowledge of them is superficial. Thanks in advance.

@ifaustrue

You raise two interfaces, assign them IPs (each for its network is the default gateway). Everything.
If you can’t enter the console, there is Cisco Network Assistant for this series; its capabilities for this procedure are enough.
