How to set up remote desktop from Windows to Ubuntu via SSH?

Hello everyone, how to set up a remote desktop with Windows 7 on Ubuntu, which is installed on a server in a DC. The problem is that there is only SSH access. How do I set up a remote desktop, I'm new to Linux so sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks in advance .
PS I tried to google but found only with the setting directly in Ubuntu seeing the screen, that is, not through ssh.

server ubunta (and most *nix servers) usually without a graphical interface.
although if the admin is a fool, then it can be installed.
