How to set up Push-to-Talk on MacOS 10.9 in RaidCall?

There is an MBP with the latest version of OS X (10.9) and there is a need to use RaidCall to communicate in PTT mode (the option of switching to another software, unfortunately, is not possible).
I tried the solution from taracque.hu/raidcall/, but, unfortunately, since OS X 10.9 there is no "Enable access for assistive devices" setting - instead, you now need to add the application to a special list. RaidCall cannot be added to this list :( I
also tried running RaidCall in a virtual machine (Parallels Desktop, Windows 8.1) - the same thing - while the focus is in the application, everything works (not even in the application, but in the virtual machine), as soon as you switch to the application on the poppy itself is everything, the hotkey does not work =(
Is there a solution to this problem? Maybe someone set up the forwarding of global hotkeys to a virtual machine (no matter which one)?
