How to set up page.nav in a resource?

Good morning, dear programmers.
Can you please tell me how to organize pagination in the resource itself?
If in a category it works with a simple call

<ul class="pagination justify-content-center mb-4">
      
          </ul>

then already in the resource it simply does not turn on. I need to make sure that the visitor does not return to the category, but continues to navigate through the resources.
