How to set up Outlook 2013 to run in the background?
Is it possible to make Outlook 2013 load and run in the background when the system boots? Like Outlook for Modern UI, which shows notifications when closed.

You can create a shortcut, specify "run minimized" in its properties and place it in startup. And even with Outlook running, select "hide minimized" on the tray icon.
