How to set up no-ip under Ubuntu?

Hello!
There are 2 hosts in the no-ip service, but I can’t figure out how to configure them for a game server.
Background here - How to open ports on ZyXEL Keenetic Giga II?
I installed their client. The configuration file seems to have been created:

The no-ip client is running, but after all these actions the server does not find the host.
What could be the problem?

Please post the output of this command:
Is there a client under no-ip in kinetics?
Of the possible reasons:
1) no-ip entries were not updated.
2) Incorrect client configuration on your machine.
3) Is the client running? (well, you never know, the config was generated, but they didn’t launch it)

You have two tasks mixed together that have nothing in common.
All it takes from no-ip is for the domain name to resolve to your current external dynamic IP.
It happens? It is checked by a banal ping by domain name, your external IP should ping (it does not matter if there are answers to pings)
In order to be able to connect to the service behind the router from the external network, the router must have port forwarding configured in what much): redirecting incoming packets by protocol (TCP|UDP|both) and port number to a local machine with IP such and such and ports such and such. Checked by trying to open a connection from the outside world
