How to set up NGINX to communicate with the admin panel?

We have: an application written in ASP.NET CORE and an admin panel for it. The application has already been deployed on VPS Centos 7. NGINX is used as an internal server.
How should I arrange the admin files in the project and configure NGINX so that I can access it through a similar request on the Internet http://mysite/adminpanel?
