How to set up nginx rtmp for restreaming to periscope?

I broadcast the stream via nginx rtmp, I start the server on my machine.
All services are configured well, except for periscope, there are some tricky settings, but Restream.io is somehow set up that you can broadcast to the periscope. I personally broadcast through them at a bitrate of 5-6 Mbps.
Can someone set up my nginx-rtmp so I can restream to periscope too?
The usual way through Nginx does not work like other services.
If yes, please indicate the price.
