Good day everyone, the problem is the following, the site uses MiniShop 2 which was configured to send Leads to Bitrix24, it became necessary to reconfigure it all back so that applications fall to the mail in the form of letters, tell me how to implement this whole thing correctly and how?

"System settings" -> "minishop2" -> "ms2_email_manager" key, just list the emails separated by commas.
