How to set up MikroTik VPN Routing?

Hello. Tell me please.
We have 3 MikroTik .
1. MikroTik VPN server with IP 192.168.0.1
2. MikroTik VPN client with IP 10.20.1.10 (internal network with IP 192.168.2.1/24 )
3. MikroTik VPN client with IP 10.20.1.11 (internal network with IP 192.168.3.1/ 24)
4. MikroTik VPN client with IP 10.20.1.12 (internal network with IP 192.168.4.1/24)
Computers from internal networks cannot see each other. That is, a computer with IP 192.168.2.50 does not see a computer with IP 192.168.3.20 or 192.168.4.5.
In general, neither as computers from different VPNs do not exchange with each other.
Please tell me how to register routes. That it was a uniform network? So that computers from different VPN networks can see each other.
Thanks

If you don’t bother too much, then on each client router, add a static route for the 192.168.0.0/21 network, and specify the vpn server address as the gateway (from the 10.20.1.0/24 network)

@Wexter

Raise static / dynamic (ospf / bgp) routing between routers, allow traffic forward in the firewall, if necessary, and use

The computer with IP 192.168.2.50 does not see the computer with IP 192.168.3.20 correctly, you have the mask /24
