How to set up mail to send email notifications from Bitrix24?

The task is to configure bitrix24. Launched and I try to register users. Problem - invitations are not sent to created users for their self-registration. In the mail settings (settings -> module settings -> mail -> smtp server) I registered the path to php on the windows server and successfully launched the smtp server (is there any sense in this?). Further, I don’t understand where I need to register the login, mailbox password and mail server address (I have it via ip address), so that Bitrix24 can connect to this address and send notifications on behalf of this mailbox. Or does it somehow work differently in Bitrix?

Everything turns out to be simple: I connected sendmail to php and registered a mailbox there.
