How to set up mail on a domain on a joomla site?

Greetings. How to set up sending, and generally work with mail on a domain? Registered mail on the domain, created a user. But I can’t find authorization for this mail in joomla so that users can receive letters from the site.

PS default method sends emails to spam

SMTP - there is even a screenshot.
And the SMTP settings are either at the hoster, or in the service where they created the mail for the domain (Mail.ru, Yandex, etc.).
