How to set up logging on Mikrotik with sending a letter?

Hello! Recently I got acquainted with Mikrotik for the first time, but according to different manuals I have already set up the network, the Internet, made port forwarding, standard firewall rules for protection, and so on.
Now I would like to set up logging in such a way that letters come to the mail if someone, when trying to log in to Mikrotik, entered the wrong password. You also need a log if a DHCP lease is issued to a new device. Well, if you advise something else for safety, I will be very glad. Please help me organize this simple functionality
