Phone Honor 4C, android 6. I'm looking for it from another device using the "Find my device" app. It is located only if Wi-Fi is turned on (on Honor). On the mobile Internet is not looking. I checked all the settings, I did not notice anything "interfering". The other two devices are both on Wi-Fi and on the mobile Internet.
