How to set up L2TP on a ProxmoxVE virtual machine?

There is a home server on ProxmoxVE with two network cards.
The idea is to insert the provider's cable (beeline) into eth0, and issue DHCP and Internet to the switch through eth1.
I wanted to try to raise Mikrotik on KVM in order to practice, but when I connect some kind of virtual machine to the bridge, DHCP and provider routes are not picked up. And for beeline, they are always dynamic in order to balance the load.
How can I fully forward a port to a virtual machine?

It is necessary to share in general two troubles.
One of them is the difficulty of working with l2tp for beeline and setting it all up on Mikrotik. Yes, there are manuals, but there are enough jambs.
In your case, you are disabling dhcp atoconfiguration from proxmox on eth0. You should have this eth0 in br0.
eth1 you should have in br2. br2 you assign a static ip that you will have inside the network.
Raise mikrotik in a virtual machine and give it two interfaces. On the first one, you configure dhclient and it should receive ip from the provider, and the second dhcp server and everyone on your network should receive ip.
I say this because a similar bunch works.
