How to set up IPv6?

Connected IPv6 (MGTS) and now I have a few questions.
1. When I go to https://ipv6-test.com/ , it shows the same IP as ipconfig, does this mean that I don't need to forward ports on the router to access the computer? Is this ip white?
2. The router has a different IPv6, but it is not visible on that site, why?
3. I started apache and opened ports in the windows firewall, but the port is still closed outside. Why?

1. Yes, it is not necessary. This is a routable address. In IPv6 there is no concept of gray addresses (if at a very simple level)
2. What did he forget on that site? The router simply routes your traffic, there is no concept of NAT
3. Does Apache listen on v6 addresses?

not everything is so simple here's a video what's what
1-your router must support ipv6
2-your provider must support ipv6
3-terminal host must support ipv6
4-your DNS server must support ipv6
