How to set up inbox on Elastix 2.5?

I configure Elastix for two trunks. Previously, there was one number from one provider, and accordingly I indicated in the incoming routes: Any DID, Any CID -> address to the secretary.
Now there is a second number from another provider that needs to be directed to another secretary.
It seems that the logic is simple: I make two incoming routes, one of them accepts the DID of one provider, the second - of another.
But not so - the first (old) provider works fine - incoming calls arrive at the first secretary, but when you call the second number, the system says The number you have dialed is not in service, check the number and try again.
The logs show entries like this:

Дата От кого Ring Group Кому Канал источник Account Code Канал приемник Статус Длительность
2017-03-21 09:27:19	903085**** s	SIP/383****-000005f7 ANSWERED	8s

suspicious parameter Ring group "s"
At the same time, outgoing ones work normally in accordance with outgoing rules.
