How to set up in evo so that it can be typeset in phpstorm?

How to make it so that pages and chunks and everything in general can be done through ide in Evolution cms? I saw that in modx you can check the box that a static resource, but in Evo I did not see this.
How to do? Instructions would be nice if possible..
