Good afternoon, tell me how to set up a file fetch from a remote server? CMS offers to make a fence only from a computer in a regular interface, rummaged and found an import / export file. Tell me, please, where to register the path to the file on the server here?

This file seems to have nothing to do with 1C at all, but part of the regular import / export or something like that.
